For general enquiries, broken links, accessibility barriers or calculation questions, use the contact email above. For a data correction, include the page URL, exact ASIC variant, the source document and a description of the discrepancy. We assess evidence before changing ratings or formulas.

Privacy requests

Use the privacy email for questions about personal data or to exercise applicable rights. Include enough context to locate the relevant interaction, but do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys or unrelated identity documents. If identity verification is necessary, we will explain what is needed.

Email rather than a web form

The email links open your own email application. This website has no contact form, uploads, support account or mailing-list subscription. A message is sent only when you send it through your email provider; clicking a link does not submit a form to ASICMetrics.

Scope of assistance
